On September 22, 2025, Ambassador Ma Shengkun met with Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Yuriy Draganchuk. Representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also took part in the meeting. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation in the financial sector.
